CommunityLink, Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening communities by improving access to trusted, up-to-date resources and fostering collaboration among organizations, businesses, and community partners.
Across the country, people struggle to find reliable information about services they need, from food and housing support to workforce programs, health services, and community opportunities. At the same time, organizations often work in silos, duplicating efforts or missing opportunities to partner more effectively.
CommunityLink exists to bridge those gaps.

What We Do
CommunityLink, Inc. advances its mission through a combination of education, verification, partnership support, and community engagement. Our work includes:
- Maintaining access to community resource information so individuals and families can find help more easily
- Supporting verification efforts through trained community contributors and community health workers
- Providing education and certification for individuals and organizations engaged in community and outreach work
- Helping organizations build impactful programs that align with real community needs
- Collecting community feedback and insights to identify gaps and unmet needs
- Publishing reports and learnings to inform public and private decision-making
- Piloting community initiatives, including workforce development and disaster response support
